The Founding of the "
Le Triangle" Group
Le Triangle began as a farming cooperative: Gilles Deshayes and his two brothers founded their GAEC (Groupement Agricole d'Exploitation en Commun). The trio thus began their business on a triangular plot of land, hence the name of the current company. In 1988, he invented a waste-reducing collar for his poultry farm and began mass-producing his invention.
In 1990, he decided to manufacture his own buildings, which he would also develop for his fellow farmers. The company’s business is now focused on the manufacturing and construction of agricultural buildings. The turning point for solar energy came in 2009: he installed photovoltaic panels on the factory roof and was convinced of their value. He then began offering his customers the option to install them as well, and the initiative was a resounding success.
Gilles surrounds himself with employees, creates new subsidiaries to serve different markets, and continues to grow the group. Today, Gilles is joined by his sons, Rémi and Vincent, who are taking the reins of the company.

In order to serve different markets and improve organizational efficiency, several subsidiaries have been established within the Triangle Group.
Triangle Élevage,

It was with this company that the first steel buildings were constructed. Even today, this subsidiary specializes in the manufacture and construction of livestock buildings.
Triangle Mobilier, “
: A Meeting with Major Retailers”
Thanks to his network and thriving connections, Triangle had the opportunity to venture into furniture design for mass-market retailers. Triangle Mobilier was thus founded in 2004.
Triangle Énergie,
: The Early Days of Solar Power on Warehouses
Following the installation of solar panels at the factory in 2009, the group has been working with its subsidiary, Triangle Énergie, to build solar facilities in direct partnership with farmers.

In 2015, energy producers turned to the Triangle Group to build their first solar shade structure, which led to the creation of Triangle Horizon.

Thanks to the reputation it has built through its various subsidiaries, the Triangle Group is also in high demand among the general public. In 2022, Triangle Autoconso, a company dedicated to individual consumers, was founded to offer residential customers rooftop solar systems and ground-mounted solar kits.

: Sensible and Well-Thought-Out Agrivoltaics
Recently, the group has ventured into agrivoltaics by founding Triangle Sol'R. Combining agriculture and solar farms, agrivoltaics aims to create synergy between agricultural production and electricity generation without compromising one for the sake of the other.
