Meeting regulatory requirements
Since the APER law of July 1st, 2023, large parking lots must be equipped with photovoltaic shade structures. This obligation applies to businesses, local authorities, and co-ownerships with parking areas exceeding 1,500 m². The installation deadlines for these structures are as follows:
- Depuis juillet 2026 : pour les parkings entre 1 500 m² et 10 000 m². Les sanctions évoquées vont de 20 000 à 40 000€ par an et par site !
- Before July 2028: for parking lots exceeding 10,000 m²
