At the European level, the ambitious targets set by the Renewable Energy Directive require member states to incorporate renewable energy into their energy mix to the tune of 42.5% by 2030. This target is still far from being met in France.
It was against this backdrop that Triangle Horizon, which specializes in subcontracting large-scale solar projects, was founded in 2015 to meet the market’s growing needs.

Our area of expertise is organized around three main areas:
- The Design of Solar-Powered Agricultural Buildings
Solar buildings are a central part of our offerings. We specialize in designing agricultural solar buildings for our clients—including electricity suppliers and producers—as well as energy experts. This approach offers farmers, the end users of our products, a synergy between their agricultural activities and the profitability provided by solar energy.
- The Design and Installation of Photovoltaic Shade Structures for Parking Lots
We put our expertise to work for the industry by offering innovative solutions that combine the use of parking spaces with solar power generation. To date, the company has installed more than 600,000 m²of solar canopies, covering nearly 60,000 parking spaces.
- Maximizing the Use of Land Area Through the Installation of Solar Farms
We are involved in the design and construction of solar farms, thereby helping to optimize the use of land for renewable energy production. To date, Triangle Horizon has built and installed more than 110 MWp of ground-mounted solar farms on behalf of its clients—utility providers, electricity producers, and energy experts.
