The French photovoltaic industry is experiencing strong growth amid an unprecedented climate emergency. At the heart of this growth, the group launched its subsidiary Triangle Horizon in 2015 with the goal of establishing itself in larger markets by offering outsourced solar solutions to major clients. Triangle Horizon has over 480 MW of installed capacity and reported revenue of 58 million euros for the year 2023.
Today, we welcome Beata Parzych and Joël Courbin as the new leaders of Triangle Horizon. Together, we’ll explore their careers and their ambitious vision for the brand.
A new leadership team reflecting a longstanding partnership

Joël Courbin and Beata Parzych joined the management team at Triangle Horizon exactly one year ago, in February 2023, and currently hold the positions of CEO and Deputy Director, respectively. These positions were created in response to the need to restructure and reorganize the teams in order to accommodate the group’s rapid growth under the best possible conditions, with an efficient organization and improved management of internal issues.
This new co-leadership arrangement reflects a long-standing collaboration, as Joël and Beata had already worked together for many years before joining Triangle Horizon. Both have been familiar with the Triangle Group for over 20 years and have worked as a team for several years within various international groups.
As the group continued to evolve, a restructuring of its departments was necessary to accommodate its growth, and it was only natural that Gilles Deshayes, the group’s founder, turned to Joël and Beata for this project. Driven by the market’s momentum and the group’s growing success, Joël and Beata embarked together on this new challenge.
2023: A pivotal year marked by internal restructuring and ambitious projects
In 2022, Triangle Horizon posted record revenue of 52 million euros, leading to rapid growth and a series of new hires. In 2023, 30 new employees joined the team, which is expected to reach 100 employees by 2024. Upon taking office, the new management focused on identifying areas for improvement in order to reorganize departments and introduce new tools.
Alongside this internal reorganization, customer satisfaction remains a priority, with a particular focus on strengthening existing relationships and developing new partnerships. The relationships between Triangle Horizon and its clients are long-term collaborations. It is therefore very important for the company to foster a climate of trust and project a premium image. This commitment to excellence requires our teams to constantly strive to improve the quality of our services, meet the deadlines set for each project, and strengthen trust and transparency with our partners.
Joël: “We want to project a premium image in the market and ensure that our customers choose us for the quality of our services.”
This expertise positions us as a major player in the market, leading large-scale projects. 2023 was a pivotal year marked by some truly outstanding projects. Among them is our collaboration with Safran as a subcontractor for Réservoir Sun: one of the largest self-consumption installations in France, with 5 MW installed on a private industrial parking lot. This project received significant media attention, with notable figures such as former Prime Minister Édouard Philippe and Safran President Philippe Petitcolin in attendance at its inauguration. This project strengthened Triangle Horizon’s brand image, as its expertise was recognized through excellent customer feedback. The partnership with Safran will continue into 2024 with an additional 15 MW to be installed at various Safran sites.
Triangle Horizon – An Ambitious Brand with High Value-Added
What sets Triangle Horizon apart in the market is, above all, its high degree of flexibility, which enables it to meet specific client needs. Over the years, building on the solid foundations of the Le Triangle Group, Triangle Horizon has achieved an unparalleled level of expertise and benefits from a wide range of in-house capabilities that allow it to manage large-scale projects from start to finish. To date, Triangle Horizon is the only company in the market to offer such a comprehensive range of services covering every phase of your solar projects—from design to installation—thereby ensuring optimal end-to-end management.
Beata: “Triangle Horizon is capable of handling every aspect of a project—from the initial request for a quote to final commissioning. The project is managed by dedicated contacts, which strengthens our relationship with our clients.”
A rapidly growing company that puts people first
While Triangle Horizon’s expertise is well established, the duo also highlights the quality of communication and the work environment within the group.
Joël: “ There’s a great atmosphere of collaboration and mutual support within the group and at Triangle Horizon.”
The Le Triangle Group is a family-owned, approachable organization where there is a strong spirit of mutual support among departments and between the various subsidiaries. The group dynamic is very positive, with a shared vision for the company’s development and growth. The growth prospects are exciting, with rapid changes taking place while preserving the family-like atmosphere that is the company’s strength.
